The opportunity

In collaboration with the Principal, Business Manager, and central office Finance teams, your role will encompass:

  • Financial Transaction Mastery: You'll expertly handle financial transactions, from purchasing to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Fee Management Champion: Facilitate the collection of school fees, ensuring a seamless process for families. 

  • Holistic Administrative Support: Contribute to a diverse array of school administrative processes, from enrolments and student services to health and safety protocols. 

  • Support in Financial Planning: Assist your business manager in budgeting and forecasting when necessary. 

  • Welcoming School Community: Your role extends to front-of-house duties, creating a warm, welcoming and secure environment for students, families, and staff alike.

 

The successful Candidate will:

  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate 

  • Possess bookkeeping or accounting qualifications or equivalent practical experience (this is essential) 

  • Have exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, crucial for building relationships within the school community. 

  • Demonstrate solid administrative experience, whether in the Microsoft Office suite or related Google Suite applications.
