We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Primary School Business Manager to join our team until the end of 2026. Our Support Teams at CSPD provide exceptional service and support to partner with our schools and enable the achievement of their vision and purpose.
This role will support schools located across Baulkham Hills, Dundas Valley, Rydalmere, and North Rocks.
Our ideal candidate will bring significant experience in school or business operations, particularly in finance, with expertise in financial accounting systems and working closely with diverse groups of administrative staff. You will be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing meaningful reporting and insights to support your schools. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional who is keen to contribute as a member of our school communities and uphold both school and Catholic values.
About the role
Reporting to the Schools Finance Manager, you will join the Finance & Administration team, whose central offices are located in Parramatta. However, most of your time will be spent working directly across a number of schools within the cluster. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Providing high-level operational finance support to school-based staff and developing, implementing and reviewing school finance procedures and processes.

Advising on school fees, billing, and collections.

Analysing results and budgets and advising staff on strategies for improved management, including re-forecasting.

Supporting staff and central office with procurement and contract matters.

Collaborating with school and central office managers on facilities planning (major and minor capital works).

Assisting schools to ensure compliance with system policies and procedures.
