Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking two visionary professionals to join our Education team as Learning Outcomes Manager – Primary and Learning Outcomes Manager – Secondary. 

Each role is instrumental in leading a team of Education Officers to implement high-impact, evidence-based practices across our network of 80 Catholic schools and over 43,000 students in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

These key leadership roles are ideal for experienced educators who want to make a lasting difference through strategic leadership in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and learning environments.

About the Roles

Reporting to the relevant Head of Learning (Primary or Secondary), each Learning Outcomes Manager will:

  • Lead and manage Education Officers, aligning their work with CSPD’s strategic priorities in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting, and learning environments.

  • Design and deliver educational initiatives that enhance teaching quality and improve student outcomes.

  • Oversee team project delivery, ensuring alignment with governance, policy, and budget expectations.

  • Apply data-informed and evidence-based practices using impact evaluation, research, and advanced digital tools to drive continuous improvement.

  • Prioritise, plan, and monitor Education Officer workloads to meet deadlines and achieve high-quality outcomes across school communities

  • Support staff development through regular coaching, performance management, and professional learning aligned with subject matter expertise.

  • Foster a collaborative team culture grounded in Catholic values, contributing to strategic initiatives, liturgical participation, and continuous learning.

  • Ensure compliance with CSPD risk management and reporting processes, and contribute to a safe, child-centred working environment.

About You

  • Experienced leader in primary or secondary education 

  • Skilled in evidence-based, data-informed teaching and learning practices.

  • Proven ability to manage teams, lead projects, and deliver results.

  • Effective communicator and collaborator, committed to continuous improvement.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education (postgraduate qualifications desirable).

  • Actively support the ethos and mission of Catholic education, including faith formation.
