Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Triage Officer to join our Student Support team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for processing referrals and coordinating student support services across our system. You'll help ensure students and families are connected to the right services at the right time, while also providing key administrative support to various student wellbeing programs.
The Triage Officer is accountable for:
Triaging and processing referrals to ensure timely and accurate allocation to appropriate supports
Providing administrative support to the Family Clinic and High Support Needs Centres, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records and preparing relevant documentation
Assisting the Resource Officer with the allocation and coordination of service resources to meet identified needs
Maintaining accurate referral data to support reporting and planning across the Student Support directorate
Acting as a key liaison between families, schools and internal teams to promote smooth referral processes
Providing general administrative support to the Student Support directorate and services, including but not limited to assisting with financial processes and other operational tasks as required
What you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and demonstrated experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
