Are you a skilled Project Manager ready to take the next step in an organisation undergoing meaningful strategic transformation?

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Project Manager – Infrastructure Planning and Delivery to lead and support the successful delivery of small to medium-scale projects that contribute to significant organisational development.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Planning and Delivery, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure projects aligned with stakeholder expectations, timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support transformational change that benefits our schools and communities.

You will be based in our Parramatta office and supported with flexible work arrangements between the office and home.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement project plans, manage resourcing requirements, and monitor progress, timelines, and budgets for small to medium-sized projects

  • Contribute to the organisation’s transformation by supporting the shift from current state to future state through structured planning, engagement, and reporting

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leading workshops, presentations, and regular stakeholder meetings

  • Assist the Infrastructure Planning and Delivery team with procurement activities, including managing POs and invoices

  • Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, working with agility and resilience to ensure projects remain on track and deliver successful outcomes

About You

You’re an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in project planning and delivery, particularly across small to medium-sized projects. You’re a confident communicator and collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and is passionate about leading positive change.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience delivering small to medium-sized projects, on time and within budget

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, including with senior and executive teams

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to influence outcomes and ensure successful delivery

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for transformation and continuous improvement
