An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and visionary Learning Outcomes Manager - Primary to join our team. This role will be accountable for providing strategic leadership in the implementation of CSPD’s learning priorities, with a clear focus on enhancing teaching quality and improving student learning outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving educational reform and ensuring the successful delivery of system-wide initiatives. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership in the implementation of CSPD’s learning priorities, focusing on the enhancement of teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

  • Managing a team of Education Officers, working collaboratively with the Head of Primary and program leads on strategic initiatives.

  • Driving the delivery of educational reforms in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting, and learning environments in alignment with the CSPD teaching and learning framework.

  • Prioritise and manage the workload of Education Officers to ensure team deliverables meet CSPD policies, timelines, and budgets.

  • Fostering the professional growth and capability development of staff through consistent performance management and targeted upskilling.

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly accomplished educational leader with a proven track record of driving improvements in teaching and learning. You will possess:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of contemporary pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Proven ability in using data-informed practices, research, and evidence-based methods to drive educational improvement.

  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Education or a related field.
