Are you passionate about driving educational change and improving learning outcomes? Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an experienced Program Lead - Uplift to join our team and lead the implementation of key strategic programs designed to enhance teacher skills and student achievement.

About the Role:

As the Program Lead - Uplift, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering important educational reforms within the Diocese. This role involves managing the CSPD Uplift program and working with leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and improvement of strategic programs that drive educational reform.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and teams to ensure progress on K-12 curriculum and teaching initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of these programs, ensuring alignment with CSPD learning benchmarks.
  • Manage project teams, leveraging data, research, and digital tools to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Identify and address professional development needs to support ongoing growth and performance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in managing educational programs or reforms.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • A deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
  • A passion for improving teacher capacity and student learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study or appropriate demonstrated experience
