About the Role:

As the Head of Enrichment, you will be accountable for the strategic direction, design, and continuous improvement of high-impact enrichment programs across our Diocese. You will lead a transformative strategy to deliver co-curricular experiences that are engaging, future-ready, and enhance the holistic development of our students. This role involves providing visionary leadership and operational oversight to ensure our programs are innovative, accessible, financially sustainable, and aligned with CSPD's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a measured strategy to deliver and evolve high-impact enrichment programs that are future-focused, fiscally efficient, and aligned with CSPD’s organisational goals.

  • Work collaboratively with system and school leaders to identify needs and drive the growth of new and innovative enrichment opportunities.

  • Champion a culture of accountability by evaluating programs using data and evidence, implementing continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback and demonstrated student impact.

  • Ensure programs are relevant, accessible, and valuable by actively engaging with schools, embedding student voice, and drawing on contemporary educational research.

  • Oversee the strategic and operational management of your teams, refining structures, policies, and processes to ensure financial sustainability and agility.

  • Mentor and build the leadership capacity of Managers within the Enrichment portfolio, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaborative program design.

  • Establish and nurture key partnerships with external organisations and community groups to expand and enhance the learning experiences available to our students.

About You:

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in program management and strategic development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in education or a related sector, with a focus on program design and delivery.

  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic transformation and organisational change.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and ensuring fiscal sustainability.

  • A deep understanding of data-informed decision-making and program evaluation.

  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education or a related field.

  • A genuine commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church and Catholic education.
