About the role

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking a Multimedia Officer to join our Communications & Engagement team, based at our Rooty Hill office. This role is permanent full-time.

The Multimedia Officer is responsible for developing and producing high-quality videos and multimedia content that support learning initiatives and projects. This position plays a key role in enhancing educational experiences through the creative and effective use of multimedia resources.

Key Responsibilities

The Multimedia Officer will be accountable for:

  • Coordinating, developing, and producing high-quality videos that align with learning priorities and programs.

  • Providing technical support and training on the use of video and multimedia technologies.

  • Leading the development of innovative and engaging resources to support student and teacher learning.

  • Exploring creative ways to integrate multimedia and audio into learning environments.

  • Consulting with teams across Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) and offering advisory support to enhance the use of multimedia resources in education.

Typical Experience and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study.

  • Demonstrated experience in multimedia production, video editing, and use of relevant technologies.
