Administration Officer - Level 4 - Permanent 3 days per week
Caroline Chisholm College is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and finance requirements of the school. The role would suit someone available to work 3 days permanent per week.
We are seeking a passionate and friendly staff member who will work collaboratively with other school staff to provide support and assistance to teachers, students and school leadership in the successful delivery of school learning and pastoral outcomes. This position type typically engages in clerical, administrative, communication or technology services all finance related within a school.
The opportunity
Caroline Chisholm College is looking for an experienced clerical officer to join their collaborative team on a permanent basis, working 3 days a week (to be negotiable) commencing Term 2 in 2025.
The Administration Officer Level 4 is accountable for:
Providing assistance in various financial management tasks such as school fee management, receipting and collection processes, purchasing process, month and year end processes;
Responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees, and the general public;
Assisting with management of the school office;
Assisting with the coordination of school functions and events
Maintaining school Assets Register
Other administrative duties as required and directed by the Principal or Principals delegate
About You
Working with Children Check clearance (for paid work)
Exceptional communication skills
Organisational and time management skills
Experience working in a busy office environment
First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain these
Knowledge of COMPASS, Tech 1 and Matthew desirable
