R ole specifics:
Classroom Teacher to commence Term 1, 2025
Temporary, full-time opportunity until Term 2, 2025
Teacher to collaborate with our dynamic teaching team to assist all of our students to achieve success
About the opportunity:
Working with teachers to develop strategies and adjustments to populate Personalised Plans (PPs) and moderate the process across the school.
Liaising with school counsellor, outside agencies, teachers, parents & carers.
Coordinating Kindergarten Team, Diversity Team and Teacher Assistants.
Designing and implementing school-based behaviour plans for Tier 2 students and risk management behaviour plans for Tier 3 students.
Monitoring behaviour of students
Coordinating transition and orientation programs.
