We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure and Operations team on a temporary full time basis.
About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst who is accountable for facilitating and driving change and end user adoption of new programs, systems and processes across the organisation through communication, training and business engagement.
The role will be fully immersed from the outset of projects commencing, working across a wide range of stakeholders, and focussing on ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects and other key strategic initiatives.
The Senior Change Analyst is accountable for:
Conducting change analysis, proposing change approaches and delivering change in line with the organisation’s change management strategy and methodology
Producing change artefacts, training and communication materials and project documentation for change initiatives
Contributing to the enablement of key stakeholders across the organisation, facilitating familiarity with change concepts and practices
Liaising with project and system leaders and collaborating with change and project teams to deliver best-fit situational and general change approaches to facilitate the effective and timely delivery of projects and initiatives
Building a detailed understanding of the diverse staff groups within the organisation, ensuring open communication with organisational-wide specialists and leaders
Utilising measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of change projects and initiatives, ensuring transparency and reportability About you:
