St Patrick’s Primary, Parramatta is currently seeking a passionate Primary teacher to join our school community on a Temporary part-time basis.

• 12 month temporary position

The opportunity:

As a teacher at St Patrick’s, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing engaging and creative lessons that cater to the individual needs of your students.

• Fostering a love of learning and a sense of wonder.

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

About you:

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of St Patrick’s Primary along with:

• Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance

• Tertiary Qualification in Education

• Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) - conditionally accredited teachers and new graduates are welcome to apply

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience on student wellbeing focused programs and/or initiatives

• Sound knowledge of and commitment to our Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CSPD’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.
