The Secondary Teacher will fit the following criteria:
-Extensive pedagogical knowledge base and understanding of how the identified subject areas are learned, what affects students’ opportunities to learn the subject matter and how the learning and teaching of the subject matter can be enhanced.

-Able to motivate students to achieve and to develop a life-long love of learning.
The successful candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
Penola Catholic College is a Year 7-12 co-educational College centered on quality contemporary learning practices around the values of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
The College requires a permanent full-time teacher to commence Term 1, 2024. The successful applicant would be able to teach Religion for Years 7 to 10 only, plus nominate another subject area, that they are specialised in to teach.
