About the opportunity:
We are seeking a Finance Officer to join the AP Shared Services Team on an ongoing full-time basis. As the Finance Officer you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day financial transactional support to Head Office Service Areas and Diocesan Schools for Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta. More specifically, the Finance Officer is accountable for:
Delivering operational finance support, processing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy of data and compliance reporting, including;
Provision of all Accounts Payable, Kofax automation processing, TechOne invoices processing,
Supplier profile creation (TechOne) reconciling supplier statements
Customer service internal and external
About you:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will have:
Demonstrated volume Accounts Payable experience
High volume and invoice automation experience
Purchase order three way matching
Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
Appropriate demonstrated experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
A strong ability to manage competing demands
