St Patrick’s Primary Parramatta is seeking an Administration Officer to join the team on a permanent part-time basis, working 12 hours per fortnight.

You Will:

• Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.

• Assist with managing correspondence, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support staff, students, and families with enquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment by working collaboratively with colleagues.

• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Onsite parking available for staff members!

What You Need:

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration or office support.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Current Working with Children Check.

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn school-based systems.
