We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive and Projects Officer to join our Finance & Infrastructure team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This position will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects, initiatives, and reporting obligations across the Finance & Infrastructure portfolio.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and project coordination skills, with proven experience in supporting senior leaders, managing complex reporting cycles, and ensuring information flows smoothly across diverse stakeholders. You will be proactive, detail-focused, and confident in preparing briefings, managing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
About the role
Reporting to the Head, Planning & Operations, you will join the Finance & Administration team, located in Parramatta. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Implementing efficient practices, systems, and procedures to support Finance & Infrastructure’s planning and operations.
Coordinating meetings, workshops, presentations, communications, and correspondence.
Overseeing policy and content management, ensuring records are current and compliant.
Preparing and reviewing reports, briefings, and submissions for the Executive Team, Board, and Committees.
Coordinating project status reports and managing assigned actions to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Supporting steering committees including preparation and distribution of meeting artefacts.
What you will bring:
To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:
Tertiary qualification in the relevant areas of study or appropriate demonstrated experience
Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
