About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a passionate and proactive Technical Support Officer who will be responsible for providing specialist technical support across our systems and services. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting users with technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvements in our IT environment.

Key Accountabilities:

The Technical Support Officer is accountable for:

  • Delivering IT technical support to the system
  • Monitoring and reporting technical support queries to inform root cause analysis and development of potential solutions
  • Providing desktop support
  • Identifying improvements to technical support processes and procedures
  • Supporting the ICT Trainees

 

Typical experience and qualifications:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
  • Appropriate demonstrated experience
  • Understand and contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of relevant strategic initiatives and operational plans
