About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Technology Commercial Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the provision of commercial and procurement services across IT projects and services, including procurement planning, sourcing, risk management, and ongoing contract and procurement administration, to achieve value-for-money outcomes and meet business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
The Technology Commercial Analyst is accountable for:
Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate financial management of platforms, including cost analysis and budgeting processes.
Coordinate and administer the procurement process for software, hardware, and services, ensuring adherence to CSPD policies and procedures.
Support contracts and licences for technology services and projects, updating contract information in line with Contract Management Plans to maintain data integrity.
Interpret and communicate contract requirements, terms, and conditions to stakeholders, ensuring statutory and policy compliance and informed decision-making.
Support the development of vendor and contract management strategies, guidelines, and policies, providing guidance on sourcing, vendor, and contract management.
Typical experience and qualifications:
Experience in coordinating the procurement processes across the entire sourcing lifecycle, preferably with experience in IT
Experience managing the life cycle of agreements and suppliers, preferably with experience in IT
Experience in administering complex agreements and suppliers
Interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, across organisational levels
