About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking a robust Application Administrator and be accountable for the upkeep, configuration and effective day to day operation of selected systems.
Key accountabilities:
The Applications Administrator is accountable for:
Providing support and timely resolution of issues raised through the Enterprise Service Desk (level 1 support)
Consultation, system configuration, reporting and operational setup of the designated application in response to day-to-day operational demand and project related activities (level 2 support)
Analysing operational activities to identify and deliver system improvements
Providing enhancements, alterations and testing of systems’ configuration within the designated application in response to operational and project demands
Guiding and training system end users in the effective use of the system
Working with vendors to ensure the organisation's requirements are understood, issues are managed, and product roadmap are understood and effectively utilised
Typical experience and qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with TechnologyOne
Expertise in TechnologyOne Financials and Supply Chain modules
Proficient in TechnologyOne CiA Purchasing and Assets modules
Experience with TechnologyOne reporting, ETLs, and CPM (Desirable)
Familiarity with TechnologyOne CiA and Ci
Ability to configure, set up, and perform system administrator tasks within TechnologyOne
Experience with Workday and Vendor Panel (Desirable)
Strong understanding of the impact of applications on business processes
Skilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support
Passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information
Possession of an accounting qualification
A collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
