About the opportunity:

We are currently seeking a robust Application Administrator and be accountable for the upkeep, configuration and effective day to day operation of selected systems.

Key accountabilities:

The Applications Administrator is accountable for:

• Providing support and timely resolution of issues raised through the Enterprise Service Desk (level 1 support)
• Consultation, system configuration, reporting and operational setup of the designated application in response to day-to-day operational demand and project related activities (level 2 support)
• Analysing operational activities to identify and deliver system improvements
• Providing enhancements, alterations and testing of systems’ configuration within the designated application in response to operational and project demands
• Guiding and training system end users in the effective use of the system
• Working with vendors to ensure the organisation's requirements are understood, issues are managed, and product roadmap are understood and effectively utilised

Typical experience and qualifications:  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with TechnologyOne
• Expertise in TechnologyOne Financials and Supply Chain modules
• Proficient in TechnologyOne CiA Purchasing and Assets modules
• Experience with TechnologyOne reporting, ETLs, and CPM (Desirable)
• Familiarity with TechnologyOne CiA and Ci
• Ability to configure, set up, and perform system administrator tasks within TechnologyOne
• Experience with Workday and Vendor Panel (Desirable)
• Strong understanding of the impact of applications on business processes
• Skilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information
• Possession of an accounting qualification
• A collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
