Holy Family Primary School, Emerton is seeking a Temporary, full-time Diversity and Wellbeing Teacher.

Role specifics:

  • Classroom Teacher to commence Term 1, 2025
  • Temporary, full-time opportunity until Term 2, 2025
  • Teacher to collaborate with our dynamic teaching team to assist all of our students to achieve success

About the opportunity:

  • Working with teachers to develop strategies and adjustments to populate Personalised Plans  (PPs) and moderate the process across the school.
  • Liaising with school counsellor, outside agencies, teachers, parents & carers.
  • Coordinating Kindergarten Team, Diversity Team and Teacher Assistants.
  • Designing and implementing school-based behaviour plans for Tier 2 students and risk management behaviour plans for Tier 3 students.
  • Monitoring behaviour of students
  • Coordinating transition and orientation programs.
