The opportunity
In collaboration with the Principal, Business Manager, and central office Finance teams, your role will encompass:
Financial Transaction Mastery: You'll expertly handle financial transactions, from purchasing to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Fee Management Champion: Facilitate the collection of school fees, ensuring a seamless process for families.
Holistic Administrative Support: Contribute to a diverse array of school administrative processes, from enrolments and student services to health and safety protocols.
Support in Financial Planning: Assist your business manager in budgeting and forecasting when necessary.
Welcoming School Community: Your role extends to front-of-house duties, creating a warm, welcoming and secure environment for students, families, and staff alike.
The successful Candidate will:
Hold a current First Aid Certificate
Possess bookkeeping or accounting qualifications or equivalent practical experience (this is essential)
Have exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, crucial for building relationships within the school community.
Demonstrate solid administrative experience, whether in the Microsoft Office suite or related Google Suite applications.
