Penola Catholic College is a Year 7-12 co-educational College centred on quality contemporary learning practices around the values of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
The College requires a permanent full-time teacher to teach Stage 5 and 6 Industrial Technology - Timber. This position will commence in Term 1, 2025.
Position Criteria:
Experience in teaching and programming in Stages 5 and 6 Technology.
Ability to teach Technology Mandatory.
Is trained/or willing to be trained to teach Stage 6 VET Construction.
The capacity to integrate technology and incorporate innovation in teaching practices.
The ability to plan, design and deliver differentiated learning programs that address variations in learning styles and ability levels to maximise student learning.
Sound knowledge of and commitment to the Church's mission in Catholic Education.
High effective interpersonal and communications skills
An ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
Commitment to the continual improvement of their teaching practice and taking opportunities for personal professional development.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with peers, students, and other internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to teach Religious Education would be seen as advantageous to this position.

This position involves working with children.
