Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting our Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Parramatta? We're looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to be part of our Communications & Engagement Directorate.
As a key member in our Marketing team, you will:
Provide strategic marketing advice to build and implement marketing communications and campaigns in line with business needs, including in regard to digital marketing, SEO and website
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of multi channel advertising campaigns
Evaluate and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness and optimisation of marketing communications activities and projects including suggesting and implementing improvements
Write copy for and proof promotional materials, advertising and campaigns
Coordinate and execute social media and email marketing campaigns, including email creation, managing contact databases and overseeing approval and engagement processes
Collaborate with team members to upskill and equip relevant school staff on contemporary marketing practices, strategies and with promotional and reputational management tools
Provide support to the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or Digital Communications field
Minimum four years of marketing/digital experience, preferably in an education or community setting
Proven track record in developing successful campaigns and achieving goals
Strong understanding and application of strategic marketing principles within specific contexts
Demonstrated understanding of a variety of marketing platforms, including digital marketing
Ability to create, implement, and review effective marketing plans
Creative thinker in a process-oriented environment
Proficient in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies
Skilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including school principals and media agencies
Service-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Capable of efficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
