The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the school.

This position is 8:00am - 2:30pm. 3 days a week Mon, Thu, Fri

The Administration Officer Level 4 is accountable for:

The main focus of this role includes administration and compliance for Work, Health & Safety regulations including preparation of registers, risk assessments, assistance with audit requirements. Experience would be an advantage. Other duties may include: 

  • Undertaking reception and general office duties;

  • Responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees, and the general public;

  • Assisting with the student attendance

  • Assisting with Sick Bay

  • Any other duties set by Principal or delegate

Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney. 

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.
