The opportunity
We are looking to onboard a talented Solutions Specialist with strong skills in the Microsoft 365 stack. This is a project-focused role, in which you will be collaborating with various teams to help deliver a major enterprise-wide MS Teams phone project. The role will also act as a point of escalation for the Tier 2 Support team for BAU tasks in the M365 environment.
In this role you’ll be responsible for
Day-to-Day administration of the CSPD Microsoft M365 environment
Engaging with customers in workshops to gather requirements and provide solutions
Staying up-to-date with Azure, M365, and other Microsoft technologies, including maintaining relevant certifications in these disciplines
Enhancing learning features, integrations and collaboration capabilities within designated applications to meet organisational requirements to support learning and collaboration
Performing advanced system configuration and policy management to maintain secure, reliable, and well-architected platforms
Responding to support requests, collaborating with schools and the stakeholders to enable new functionalities
Mentoring team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability, collaborating with peers to promote effective service delivery
Maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress of assigned tasks
We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who
Have solid hands-on experience in planning, designing, and deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 based on best practices and industry standards and:
Are confident managing, administering and being liable for the RUN function of M365, and Azure platforms
Have solid hands-on experience with Active Directory / Entra ID Group Management/ Intune
Are adept at collaborating with other stakeholders understanding their requirements, challenges, and goals to provide effective and secure cloud solutions
Have solid hands-on experience in providing Level 2 technical support and guidance in a similar large-scale organisation
Pride themselves in monitoring and optimising the performance, availability, and reliability of services ensuring business continuity
Are knowledgeable in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/systems to deliver current and future customer needs
Are constantly keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Relevant certifications in Azure and M365 technologies are required
Previous experience working as a Microsoft Azure/M365 Specialist
4+ years of experience with Azure, M365, Intune & Microsoft Online Technologies
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Experience engaging with customers in workshops

M365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, Cloud Services, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
PowerShell, Azure Logic App and Runbooks for M365, Azure management and configuration
Azure Cloud technologies
Exposure to Google Workspace for Education
