Bede Polding College is seeking a passionate and experienced Leader of Learning – TAS (Construction/Timber) to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. This full-time, permanent position includes a 2-point Coordinator allowance and requires demonstrated Stage 6 experience.
There is a possibility of an additional 1 Pt Leader of VET available to the right applicant.

About the Opportunity
As the Leader of Learning TAS (Construction/Timber), you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in teaching and learning within the TAS faculty. You will:
- 
Lead the development and delivery of innovative TAS programs, with a focus on Construction and Timber.
 - 
Demonstrate strong pedagogical knowledge and experience in teaching Stage 6 courses.
 - 
Support and mentor teachers to enhance classroom practice and student engagement.
 - 
Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and high standards.
 - 
Ensure compliance and alignment with NESA requirements and CSPD policies.
 - 
Integrate technology, differentiation, and effective assessment strategies to maximise student learning.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 
Tertiary qualifications in Education and current NESA Accreditation.
 - 
Demonstrated experience teaching Stage 6 Construction and Timber.
 - 
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
 - 
Strong communication and organisational skills.
 - 
A commitment to ongoing professional growth and the Catholic ethos of the College.
 - 
A valid Working with Children Check.
 -
