Are you an experienced leader ready to drive meaningful impact in student wellbeing and engagement?
We’re looking for a Student Engagement Manager to lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and shape the delivery of impactful support services across our schools. This is a pivotal leadership role where strategy meets action - perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, data-informed decision making, and building strong, inclusive environments where every student can succeed! This role is a permanent, full time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality student support services
- Oversee case management and referral processes, ensuring timely identification and intervention for students requiring support
- Design and implement evidence-based strategies to improve student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and engagement
- Drive cross-team collaboration and the effective delivery of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
- Partner with school leaders to analyse data, identify trends, and implement targeted responses to student needs
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and timeframes, including managing resources and service level expectations
- Lead professional learning initiatives by identifying training needs and building staff capability in key areas
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment aligned with organisational values
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the Student Engagement function
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance development to team members
