This is a temporary part‑time shared position one day per week (Monday or Friday) for Term 3, 2026, with potential to extend for the remainder of the school year.

Job Summary
In collaboration with the Principal, Business Manager, and Finance teams, your role will encompass:

Financial Transaction Mastery: You'll expertly handle financial transactions, from purchasing to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Fee Management Champion: Facilitate the collection of school fees, ensuring a seamless process for families.

Holistic Administrative Support: Contribute to a diverse array of school administrative processes, from enrolments and student services to health and safety protocols.

Welcoming School Community: Your role extends to front-of-house duties, creating a warm and secure environment for students, families, and staff alike.

Support in Financial Planning: Assist your business manager in budgeting and forecasting when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

Tech Savvy: Experience with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise financial software is advantageous, but proficiency in any such system is desirable

Bookkeeping Expertise: Possess bookkeeping or accounting qualifications or equivalent practical experience

Administrative Proficiency: Solid administrative experience, whether in the Microsoft Office suite or related Google Suite applications

People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, crucial for building relationships within the school community

Commitment to meeting CSPD’s Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements as part of employment
