Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, Seven Hills is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our collaborative team for the 2027 school year.

With four temporary opportunities available, this is an exciting chance to bring your teaching expertise, creativity and enthusiasm to a school community committed to student learning and wellbeing.

Available positions

  • Temporary full-time: For the full 2027 school year.

  • Temporary full-time: From the commencement of the 2027 school year until 22 October 2027, covering a staff member’s leave.
  • Temporary part-time, 0.6 FTE: For the full 2027 school year, with an anticipated increase to full-time hours, subject to approval and a contract variation.

  • Temporary full-time: Commencing 22 February 2027 until the end of the 2027 school year. Casual teaching days are planned at the beginning of the year to support continuity with the same class.

The successful candidate will:

  • Create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.

  • Use assessment and student data to inform teaching and respond to individual learning needs.

  • Build a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Develop strong relationships with students, families and colleagues.

  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications & Accreditations

  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance

  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

  • Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
