Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for process improvement and data integrity? This permanent, full-time opportunity is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of key student and school data across 83 schools.
As the School Census Lead at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD), you will take responsibility for managing and continuously improving the School census and related data processes. You’ll ensure all reporting meets external compliance requirements while partnering with schools and stakeholders to strengthen data quality, streamline workflows, and support a positive experience across our school communities.
About the Opportunity
The Census Process Lead plays a key role in ensuring CSPD meets its compliance obligations for external data submissions, while continuously refining and improving related processes.
In this role, you will contribute to a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Leading continuous improvement initiatives across Census, including data integrity of student data and processes

Collecting and analysing stakeholder feedback to identify areas for process optimisation

Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for Census processes and providing regular performance reports and recommendations

Conducting workshops and training sessions to promote process understanding, accuracy, and compliance across CSPD

Proactively identifying risks associated with census processes and developing risk mitigation strategies

Developing and maintaining process documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and training materials

Introducing innovative methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall user experience
About You

Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement, or data governance

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Experience leading process training or improvement workshops

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
