About the Opportunity

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is looking for a School Assurance Manager to join our Quality & Research team within the Quality & Performance Directorate.

In this pivotal role, you will support system-wide compliance with regulatory obligations, including NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) registration requirements and Commonwealth accountabilities, while also contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement across CSPD schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assurance processes to ensure all CSPD schools maintain compliance with NESA registration and accreditation requirements and relevant Commonwealth obligations

  • Provide expert advice and practical guidance to school and system leaders on compliance, governance, documentation, evidence management, and regulatory readiness

  • Prepare reports, submissions, and documentation for regulatory authorities as required

  • Lead professional learning to strengthen school and system capability in regulatory compliance and continuous improvement

  • Initiate and guide quality assurance activities that embed a culture of evidence-informed self-review and improvement across schools

  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders to integrate assurance insights into system-wide improvement strategies

  • Liaise with the RTO Manager and relevant Directorates to ensure alignment with ASQA requirements for school-based vocational education and training

  • Maintain accurate records, reporting tools, and evidence repositories to enable transparent monitoring, reporting, and assurance
