About the Opportunity

Caroline Chisholm College, Glenmore Park is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administration Officer to join our office team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role plays a key part in supporting the College Leadership Team and the daily operations of the school while delivering a welcoming and positive experience for students, families, staff and visitors. The position is 5 days per week (75 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.

The variety of your role will include

  • Providing high-level administrative and technology support to the College Leadership Team and office staff

  • Managing day-to-day school operations using systems such as Edval Daily (including timetabling and daily organisation)

  • Maintaining accurate student data records and supporting the preparation of student reports and associated documentation

  • Using a range of systems including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, COMPASS and Edval to support efficient school operations

  • Managing administrative processes including correspondence, records, data entry and general office support tasks

  • Supporting the smooth running of the front office to ensure effective daily operations across the College

About you

You are a proactive and highly organised administration professional who thrives in a busy school environment and brings strong experience supporting leadership and operational teams. You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and technology support in a school or education setting

  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, Google Suite, COMPASS and Edval systems (or similar platforms)

  • Experience in student data management, including assisting with reports and school documentation

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

Essential Requirements

  • Working with Children Check clearance

  • First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain these)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
