St Monica’s Catholic Primary—a school with over 160 years of excellence in education—is seeking a highly organised and welcoming School Administration Officer to provide essential support to our front office and school operations.
This temporary part-time role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school during a key operational period, serving as the first point of contact for our vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in supporting the Principal, staff, students, and families by:

Front Office Management: Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all visitors, parents, students, and external stakeholders.

Administrative Support: Performing high-quality administrative duties, including managing correspondence, records, database entries, and student files.

Financial Assistance: Supporting general financial processes, including invoicing, fee management, and processing payments.

Operational Coordination: Assisting with the organisation of school events, staff coordination, and ensuring compliance with school procedures.

Communication: Managing internal and external communications with precision and tact.
About You
You are a proactive, reliable, and warm administrative professional who:

Has demonstrated experience in a busy office environment, preferably within a school or customer-service-focused setting.

Brings strong skills in organisation, data management, and the use of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Excels at building strong relationships and communicates effectively and discreetly.
