Key Responsibilities
More specifically you will have:
- Processing school enrolments in a timely and efficient manner
-
Manage the school’s day-to-day administrative functions, including front office support, enquiries, and communication with parents, students, and staff
-
Maintain accurate student records, attendance data, and internal databases
-
Coordinate school communications, including newsletters, emails, and website updates
-
Oversee and manage the school’s social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content
-
Create and schedule social media posts to promote school achievements, events, and community engagement
-
Capture and curate photos, videos, and stories that showcase school life and student success
-
Plan, promote, and support school events (e.g. open days, information evenings, community events)
-
Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content aligned with the school’s brand
-
Monitor social media engagement and provide insights to improve reach and community interaction
-
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely promotion of key initiatives
-
Support enrolment marketing activities, including campaigns and prospective family engagement
-
Ensure all communications and marketing align with school policies and branding guidelines
