St John Paul II Catholic College, a vibrant dual-campus secondary school in Schofields and Nirimba, is seeking an Assistant Religious Education Coordinator (2 Pt Allowance) to support the Religious Education Coordinator in leading faith formation and enriching the learning experiences of our students. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Religious Education curriculum

  • Support teachers in developing engaging, differentiated lessons

  • Coordinate liturgies, retreats, and faith formation programs

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to students and staff in RE

  • Contribute to professional development initiatives within the RE team

About You

  • RE Accreditation and tertiary qualifications in Education

  • NESA Accreditation and valid Working with Children Check

  • Strong pedagogical knowledge and understanding of Inquiry-Based Learning

  • Ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs

  • Committed to professional growth and fostering a love of learning in students

  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
