TAS Teacher / Industrial Technology - St Agnes Catholic High School, Rooty Hill

Due to a significant increase in enrolments, St Agnes Catholic High School, Rooty Hill, is seeking a passionate and dedicated TAS / Industrial Technology Teacher to join our vibrant learning community on a temporary full-time basis for the remainder of the 2026 school year.

St Agnes Catholic High School is a caring and inclusive community with a strong family atmosphere, where teaching staff are valued and appreciated by students and parents. We are a co-educational, comprehensive Catholic secondary school in the Diocese of Parramatta, catering for students from Years 7 to 12. You will bring

  • Strong pedagogical knowledge and an understanding of how students learn in TAS / Industrial Technology

  • The ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs

  • Effective classroom practice, including planning, assessment and feedback

  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice

  • The ability to work collaboratively within and beyond the school community

  • A passion for motivating students and fostering a lifelong love of learning

  • Experience in construction or related industry areas is desirable but not essential

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Working with Children Check

  • Eligibility to teach in NSW in accordance with NESA requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (minimum 4-year degree or 75% complete)
