Level 4 Administration Officer | St Agnes Catholic High School

Are you passionate about ensuring a safe, efficient, and innovative school environment? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Level 4 Administration Officer to join our team for for the 2026 school year working 60 hours per fortnight.

This pivotal role combines supporting the management of school operations, ICT systems, and data administration with a focus on grant opportunities and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) to support the students, staff, and families.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily school site operations under the direction of the school Business Manager, ICT infrastructure, handle critical data, databases and WHS initiatives. Your support will help foster a secure, connected, and productive learning environment.

Variety of your role

  • Maintain and support the school’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

  • Support staff and students with ICT troubleshooting and system upgrades.

  • Manage and secure sensitive data, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

  • Generate reports, analyse data, and support planning activities.

  • Support staff and students with databases 

  • Promote and implement or update WHS policies, conduct safety inspections, and coordinate training.

  • Oversee security systems and respond to site emergencies with the Business Manager

  • Liaise with external providers to maintain operational excellence.

About you

  • Working with Children Check clearance

  • Relevant qualifications in ICT, administration, or WHS.

  • Proven experience in school operations, ICT support, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of data management and privacy legislation.

  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and safety practices.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
