Job Summary

In collaboration with the Principal, Business Manager, and central office Finance teams, your role will encompass:

  • Financial Transaction Mastery: You'll expertly handle financial transactions, from purchasing to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Fee Management Champion: Facilitate the collection of school fees, ensuring a seamless process for families.

  • Holistic Administrative Support: Contribute to a diverse array of school administrative processes, from enrolments and student services to health and safety protocols.

  • Welcoming School Community: Your role extends to front-of-house duties, creating a warm and secure environment for students, families, and staff alike.
  • Support in Financial Planning: Assist your business manager in budgeting and forecasting when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tech Savvy: Experience with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise financial software is advantageous, but proficiency in any such system is desirable.

  • Bookkeeping Expertise: Possess bookkeeping or accounting qualifications or equivalent practical experience.

  • Administrative Proficiency: Solid administrative experience, whether in the Microsoft Office suite or related Google Suite applications.
  • People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, crucial for building relationships within the school community.

About Us

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney. 

This position involves working with children.
