St John’s Primary, Riverstone is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher for a temporary, part-time position (2 days per week) commencing January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is committed to engaging students, differentiating learning, and fostering a love of learning in a supportive Catholic environment.

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons

Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Use assessment data to inform teaching practice and support student growth

Manage the full learning cycle: planning, teaching, assessing, providing feedback, and reporting to parents/carers

Actively contribute to the life of the school community
Essential Criteria

Tertiary qualifications in Education

Current NESA Accreditation

Valid Working with Children Check clearance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
