We are seeking Classroom and Learning Support staff to join our wonderful school community on a Temporary Full-time basis (Parental Leave Cover) for the remainder of the 2026 School Year!

MultiLit or MacqLit experience preferable with availability every day for consistency with our intervention groups.

Key Responsibilities

More specifically you will:

  • Be familiar working with students with diverse learning needs as outlined by the Disability Act, and follow the policies and procedures as outlined by Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Catholic Education 
  • Assist students to access learning spaces and the opportunities to engage in activities across the school
  • Build rapport with students and their parents/carers so as to better understand the implications of individual student needs within the college environment
  • Assist with providing the students with opportunities to develop personal, social and independent learning skills
  • Support students as they transition into varying learning contexts including, inquiry learning spaces within the school, ensuring that appropriate learning adjustments are embedded
  • Assist students to access on site and off-site activities
  • Be willing to undertake ongoing professional learning and training in support of a student’s personalised plan
