About the Opportunity

 

Join our People & Culture team as a P&C Help Centre Officer and help deliver exceptional service across the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD)!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff, providing timely and professional support across P&C and HRIS enquiries. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate records, and help our people find answers through self-service tools and knowledge-sharing. This position is permanent full-time commencing asap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing timely and professional first line support to CSPD staff via phone, email or our ticketing system , logging and categorising all incidents and requests in the Help Centre Solution for P&C processes and services.
  • Diagnosing  and resolving common P&C queries, requests and issues and escalating complex or unresolved issues  with complete troubleshooting notes
  • Encouraging staff to use self-service resources by referencing knowledge base articles and contributing to shared problem-solving through knowledge exchange with peers
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs and quick reference guides for P&C applications,and flagging outdated or inaccurate content for review to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Assisting with remote onboarding setup for new hires within the directorate to support a smooth employee experience
  • Identifying and reporting recurring issues and suggesting process or technical improvements to strengthen service delivery
  • Participating in training and upskilling activities to stay current with P&C systems and process changes
  • Following Service Delivery Governance standards, keeping ticket information accurate, and ensuring SLAs and policy adherence
