About the Opportunity

Our Legal, Governance, Risk & Safeguarding directorate is seeking a Strategy Analyst, accountable for supporting the delivery of CSPD's enterprise planning and performance reporting functions, contributing to the preparation and maintenance of planning frameworks, scorecards, and analytical outputs that inform strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The Strategy Analyst is accountable for: 

  • Support the coordination and administration of CSPD’s strategic and annual planning activities, including but not limited to governance processes, schedules, planning artefacts, registers and documentation 

  • Prepare and maintain Balanced Scorecards, dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting materials  

  • Analyse organisational performance data, reporting metrics and external insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement 

  • Conduct environmental scanning, benchmarking and research activities, prepare insight papers, data driven analysis and briefing materials to support strategic planning  

  • Develop planning and reporting tools, templates and visual materials to strengthen consistency and reporting capability  

  • Monitor emerging issues, trends and best practice approaches, contributing to the continuous improvement and enhancement of reporting capability 

  • Liaise with stakeholders across CSPD to support planning and reporting activities, providing assistance in responding to relevant queries  

  • Support reporting coordination, maintenance of documentation and quality assurance, as well as monitoring delivery issues to ensure consistency of planning and reporting information
