About the Opportunity

 

Are you passionate about creating a seamless employee experience? Join Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) as our People & Culture Help Centre Lead and play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our employees across P&C areas. .

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the P&C Help Centre - the centralised support centre for  People & Culture and HRIS enquiries to ensure our employees receive timely, accurate and consistent support. You’ll drive continuous improvement, optimise service delivery and empower  the P&C Help Centre to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating daily P&C Help Centre operations, monitoring workload distribution, prioritising critical requests, and ensuring SLA compliance to deliver timely and accurate support
  • Maintaining the P&C service catalogue, dashboards and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy to support informed decision-making and alignment with organisational service management processes
  • Overseeing the knowledge base lifecycle, including the creation, review, approval, auditing, and retirement of articles, while also collecting and acting on feedback from users and analysts to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, consistent, and easy to retrieve.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements, automation and knowledge management initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness  ensuring practices are consistent with Service Delivery Governance standards
  • Collaborating with P&C leadership, Service Owners, and subject matter experts to align Help Centre operations with strategic priorities and organisational needs, while providing performance updates and identifying opportunities for new service offerings
  • Coaching and mentoring P&C Help Centre staff to build technical expertise, service capability and problem-solving capability, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment

 

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading a service or support function (preferably in HR or payroll).
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive leader with a passion for people, process improvement and service excellence.
