Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is looking for 3 Mission Partner Leads to join the Mission team on a permanent full-time basis, commencing Term 1, 2026.

About the Opportunity


The Mission Partner Leads will contribute to the overall leadership of the Mission Directorate, with responsibility for developing and implementing programs and resources that support school and system leaders in the areas of Formation, Religious Education, and Catholic Identity Leadership. These roles will involve guiding initiatives in collaboration with Mission Partners and school leadership teams.

Each Mission Partner Lead will hold a key responsibility for one of the following Mission service areas:

  • Curriculum

  • Formation

  • Catholic Identity Leadership

Please note that, as a manager-level position, the Mission Partner Lead role does not include additional time off during the first week of the Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3 school holiday breaks.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following criteria

 

  • A strong commitment to the Catholic faith in practice and lifestyle, witness, and modelling

  • Substantial knowledge and experience in religious education curriculum and pedagogy and/or Formation and/or Faith in Action programs and initiative

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Religious Education/Theology

  • Commitment to team and building relationships

  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and formation
