We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive engagement, compliance, and excellence through innovative digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As the L&D Manager, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle of our employee eLearning initiatives, including:

  • Overseeing the creation, evaluation, and enhancement of engaging and compliant employee eLearning modules, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Ensuring all employee eLearning aligns with the organisation’s strategy, policies, and procedures.

  • Governance of employee eLearning, including comprehensive reporting, compliance management, and supporting project change efforts.

  • Managing the Employee Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, including curriculum and content support.

  • Ensuring the L&D team provides high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and system documentation.

  • Conducting training needs analysis and reporting on learner engagement and compliance.

  • Working closely with key stakeholders (schools, support teams, external partners) to develop, implement, and review eLearning initiatives.

  • Maintaining an understanding of legislative and regulatory compliance requirements to manage risk.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study

  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience

  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

  • Negotiation, conflict management and interpersonal skills
