Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking passionate, contemporary and experienced Leading Teachers to join our Inclusive Learning Team within the Student Support Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is committed to improving learning outcomes for all students and who thrives in partnering with school leadership teams to transform teaching and learning practices across our system - Permanent, full time positions!
Key Responsibilities
As a Leading Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting schools to strengthen inclusive practices and enhance learning outcomes for diverse learners. Working collaboratively with school leaders and teachers, you will lead, mentor and build capacity to ensure high-quality, evidence-informed practice is embedded across classrooms.
You will operate at both a strategic and practical level - influencing school improvement, modelling best practice, and designing professional learning that drives sustainable change.

Partner with school leadership teams to support the transformation of learning and teaching practices

Mentor and collaborate with teachers to design and deliver high-impact learning opportunities

Lead the coordination, design and delivery of professional learning to build teacher capacity in inclusive practice

Support the development of deep learning and challenging pedagogy to enhance inclusive programs and classroom practice

Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Student Support Directorate

Promote continuous improvement aligned with CSPD’s mission and strategic priorities
About you
You are a highly skilled educator who:
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of inclusive education, contemporary pedagogy and system-wide improvement
- Has proven experience leading and mentoring teachers and school leaders
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships and communicates with influence
- Thinks strategically while remaining responsive and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Actively supports the ethos and mission of the Catholic Church
Essential Qualifications;

Tertiary qualifications in Education (or relevant field)

Demonstrated experience in leading teaching and learning improvement

Strong understanding of policies, procedures and emerging best practice in inclusive education

Capacity to lead teams, develop others and influence change across multiple school contexts
