Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a passionate and organised Leadership and Culture Advisor to join our Mission, Leadership and Culture Directorate on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Culture, you will coordinate and support the delivery of a range of leadership development and onboarding initiatives across CSPD. Working closely with school and office-based leaders, you will help deliver engaging leadership programs, coordinate onboarding experiences and contribute to the continuous improvement of leadership and formation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the communication and distribution of CSPD's Leadership Development Framework across school and office communities.

• Coordinating the delivery of Catholic School Leadership programs for Principals, Assistant Principals, Religious Education Coordinators, Middle Leaders, Aspiring Leaders and Beginning Teachers.

• Supporting the delivery of leadership development programs for office-based staff, tailored to meet the needs of each directorate and aligned with CSPD's strategic vision.

• Coordinating onboarding programs for new office staff and senior school leaders, ensuring they are welcomed into the culture, mission and values of CSPD.

• Supporting the evaluation of leadership and onboarding programs by gathering insights and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Providing advice and support to participants and stakeholders regarding leadership and formation programs, processes and pathways.

• Working collaboratively across the organisation to support strategic initiatives and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and collaborative professional with a passion for leadership development, stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality learning experiences.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Education, Leadership or a related discipline.

• Experience supporting leadership development, professional learning or educational leadership initiatives.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

• A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to evaluate and enhance programs and processes.

• An understanding of, and commitment to, the mission and values of Catholic education.
