Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese seeking an experienced Implementation Lead – Optimisation to lead the end-to-end delivery of business optimisation initiatives.

 

You will work closely with key stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business needs into practical solutions, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully with measurable benefits and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Lead - Optimisation is accountable for:

  • Work closely and collaborate effectively with implementation partner(s), Business Analyst and key stakeholders ensuring business needs and requirements are met and accurately captured
  • Develop and maintain business cases and solution recommendations
  • Develop and maintain tracking pre and post status of changes, reporting on benefits and tracking benefits
  • Ensure seamless process and integration of knowledge in post change environment, to ensure sustainability of optimisation
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives ensuring timely and successful implementation, including change adoption
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to implementation, developing mitigation strategies and escalating where required
  • Support where applicable the development of training material and delivery on new ways of working and processes
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Optimisation

 

About You and Your Application

You are an experienced implementation or optimisation professional with a track record of delivering business improvement initiatives and embedding sustainable change. You will bring: 

  • Experience leading end-to-end implementation, optimisation or continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with external partners or vendors 
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and measurable outcomes 
  • Experience tracking benefits, efficiencies, risks, issues and dependencies 
  • Strong planning, documentation and reporting skills 
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support training, knowledge transfer and new ways of working 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong focus on sustainable business improvement
