Join Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) as an Implementation Lead – Optimisation and play a key role in delivering initiatives that enhance the way we work across the organisation.

In this temporary full-time role through to December 2027, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of optimisation initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are met, risks are managed, and initiatives are successfully implemented. Your work will help drive efficiencies, improve processes, and support strong organisational outcomes.

About the Role

As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Implementation Lead – Optimisation is responsible for leading the delivery of optimisation initiatives from planning through to implementation.

Working closely with the internal team and the Optimisation delivery team, you will ensure business requirements are captured, risks are managed, and initiatives are delivered successfully with clear reporting on benefits and efficiencies.

This role will be based in our Parramatta office, with flexible working arrangements available for eligible employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with business to ensure business needs are clearly captured and delivered

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of optimisation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

  • Develop and maintain documentation that tracks the status of changes and reports on benefits and efficiencies achieved

  • Ensure smooth transition and integration of new processes and ways of working to support sustainable outcomes

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues associated with implementation activities

  • Develop mitigation strategies and escalate risks where required

  • Provide clear reporting and updates on implementation progress and outcomes
  • Support the development of training materials and the rollout of new processes and ways of working

About You

You are a proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys leading change initiatives and working with stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Experience delivering projects or implementation initiatives from planning through to delivery

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

  • The ability to translate business needs into practical solutions

  • Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies

  • A proactive approach to driving improvements and achieving outcomes
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
